    I lost 2.5lbs this week! hoorah!!!!!!!!! And was slimmer of the week :D 10% of my weight goal is in sight! :D x

    I've had a really good day despite looking after a very poorly sick baby then having to pick up my eldest from school at lunchtime after he was sick too!
    I'll be posting what I eat most days if I can.

    B: Morrissons version of muller light - got up late!

    L: Salad, Ainsleys tomato cous cous, thin pork steak seasoned with all purps, 1tbsp morries eat smart italian style dressing- 2.5syns.

    D: Sirloin steak, seasoned with garlic, all purps and black pepper, SW sweet potato chips, Mushrooms, onions, salad, I did put the remaining cous cous on but didnt like it so didnt eat it! Hellmans XL mayo, Nando's peri peri, italian dressing - 3 syns.

    For pudding I had strawberries covered in the muller style yogurt :drool:
    I forgot my HE's so I just drank some milk! just havent done the HEb :o

    there is a new one out our leader should have it in tomorrow its called feed your family for a fiver which i shall be buying if she has it tomorrow :) its only £5 too!

    does anyone know if there is a pea and ham soup i could make that is low syns?

    1 TIN MUSHY PEAS
    1 KNORR HAM STOCK CUBE
    LITTLE WATER
    bring mushy peas to boil add stock cube and little water , blend alittle thats it , salt if needed .
    free on both green and e/e

    Sorry to be a pain , but iv'e been eating lots of cottage chese , asda light one, pineapple , chese n chive , red pepper & chilli i love them to find out that there 1 syn 100g :eek:, is this true , i love them on jackets , ryvita ect

    Not gone yet peachy - flying up with OH on Monday. Think my depression is back though, so not really looking forward to it at the mo.

    The 'standard' ones are syns, yes but the virtually fat free or low fat ones etc are free. I know the cheese n chive light one is as I've had that sometimes.

    Oh, I lied! must have changed at New year then again I'm not a great fan of pineapple!

    well done you losers! Keep it up (or down?) I had weigh in tonight and in spite of feeling thin, trousers falling down, knowing I have eaten properly etc etc, I have put ON 1.5 lbs! Oh well, the inches are definitely reducing so the weight will perhaps follow next week. I'm having a glass of wine to commiserate with myself, measured out the 1.75 ml just to check and it is about half an inch higher in the glass that what I usually pour, so I'm under-cheating if anything.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
