Haven't been on here for ages but weighed myself this morning. I have only been weighing myself about once a month. I lost over 2 stone with SW and stopped going to group (over a year ago) but followed plan at home.
I have put on 5 lbs over the winter months which I am surprised about because I still don't eat cakes, biscuits, hardly any bread, very little cheese. I have also been doing a lot more exercise but then being out in the cold weather walking or cycling makes you starving when you get home! I haven't given in and reached for biccies etc but I have been having things like raisins to keep myself going and that may be my downfall.:(
Oh well, I'll get my SW mags/books out and get these 5 lbs off at least.:)0 -

Can anyone help me regarding frozen mince and chicken please? Often the fat content in these is as low as it is in fresh lean products - does that mean it's ok to use it please?
many thanks xxSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
mince needs to be Extra lean to be free but whether it's frozen or fresh then it's fine (I know Tesco do an extra lean frozen mince). Chicken doesn't have fat on it so I buy it fresh or frozen.0
