    and thanks Dazzle and Marion for the syn info. I never thought about having the fruit salad as a main. I usually have the tuna pasta salad or the tuna mayo and cucumber sandwiches from there. They're the healthy option type ones, but I didn't have high hopes syn wise for them for the dressing on the tuna salad and the mayo and bread in the sandwich.

    Hi,

    Does anyone happen to know what the syn value of Balsamic Glaze is? I know Balsamic vinegar is free but as the glaze is concentrated and tastes so sweet I wonder if this is too or not?

    Hello. I have just (re)started slimming world, but have been Moneysaving for some time ;)

    A bit of a random question but does anyone know the syn content of a Bassetts Sherbet Dab? I know the fountain is 4.5 and was wondering whether the dab was less.

    Hi marion found out there 3,1/2 syn , it say the 6 pack that there 68 cal each so i thought they would'nt be very hight :eek:well go's to show , by the way i phoned syn line xx
