I'm almost to embarrassed to tell you what the scales told me at my first wi. . . . . . 3lbs on
It was to be expected as I have eaten out 3 times
this week and its time of month. Did hope the scales would be a bit kinder though!! Never mind its definately made me determind to do well this week!
Had an ok day today (green day) :
B: Toast (heb), grilled tomato, boiled egg, baked beans, 1 tbsp brown sauce (1)
L: Savoury rice, shape yoghurt, pearPasta 'cake' out of one of the books topped with 28g cheese (hea)
S: Teas (hea) , french fries (4.5)
Might have a hot choc soon which will be another 2 syns. The pasta cake was gorgeous, the oh and ds loved it. OH told me it couldn't possibly be 'slimming' food :rotfl:Plus it was a good way of getting veg into ds, think it was purely the word 'cake' :rotfl::rotfl:
Hope everyone has had better results than me!0 -
