Another 3 1/2 off this morning at WI! 4lb to go until I reach my first stone. Having a bit of an evening off tonight & planning to use up the toad in the hole we have in the freezer. Lots of syns, but planning to compensate by making my own mash instead of using good ol' Aunt Bessies!

Not very happy today as stayed the same at today's weigh-in

I suppose that I have been lucky as its the first time this has happened since I started on January 4th.

But the worst bit is that I am off work this week and as its my birthday on Tuesday I am eating out a few times so know I may well put on this week :o

Also I am so close to my Club 10 target :j and am really determined to persevere with SW.

    Well done to all :T

people have been helpful in the past

It's really not a case of being unhelpful is it? If a person is prepared to spend the £4.95 a week to be a group member, why should they give the password out to anyone not prepared to make the same commitment?

In any case, the password is copyright protected and SW can (and do) take action against any public forum which publishes the password.

Also, I don't quite understand how you only got the password for 4 weeks - as far as I'm aware the shortest time for BodyOptimize membership is 3 months!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Speed food Soup (syn free on Green and EE)

    1 can mixed bean salad
    1 can green lentils
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 can bake beans
    Handful of split lentils
    2 large leeks
    1 large onion
    4 medium carrots
    2 parsnips
1 each green, red and yellow peppers
    2 vegetable stock cubes
    Salt pepper
    Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)

Chop all vegetables. Put them and everything else into a large pan, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 30 mins). Once cooked, the soup can be left chunky or blended smooth.

This makes about 6 pints of delicious soup but if you don't possess a humungous pan, it might be safer to halve the recipe :)
