    Hi guys

    How you all doing today?
I am having a green day today not by choice more by default.
I have a sicky little boy who is just lying on the settee washed out so not been out to but food today so it is a case of what can i throw together

B - Nothing up til 5.30am mopping up after sicky DS so slept through breakie

L - Scrambled egg , baked beans, 1 slice of nimble (1/2 HE will have another slice tonight)

Snacks - Alpen bar (3) Asda curly cheese crisps (3 1/2) Apple watermelon grapes orange

T - Mayflower curry sauce (4) mixed veg and rice - for a nice easy quick curry

Anyone know how much for the little sainsbury's chapatti's I can't find them in my book but don't have the most up to date one

And can someone direct me to the speed soup please

And another quick question Rachel Allen made vegatable crisps was wondering can we do that or is it the misuse of free food? I really fancy the beetroot ones she made

    Debt-free and Proud!
Oh, to think I was so proud of myself yesterday for managing the longest jog on the Wii Fit... this morning I woke up to find I've pulled something in my leg & have subsequently spent the day limping around the house! To add to that I feel lousy, to the point where I don't know what to have for tea because I'm just not hungry (which is rare, believe me!) WI tomorrow, a day early as our old consultant has left to move to sunny Spain & our room got stolen by someone else for Monday.

B: 2x Weetabix (HEb) milk (HEa) banana

L: Fry up! 1x lean bacon, 2x syn free sausages, beans, egg fried in fry light, toast & clover light - 5 1/2

Activity: 30 minutes (light) Wii Fit

    Total Syns: 5 1/2
    Mortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £0

Had a rubbish day - no willpower whatsoever :(

3 mini white pitta breads (12), 2 Morrisons 2 finger kitkat alikes (11?), 1 bag french fries (4.5), 1 cup mushroom cup a soup (5.5?), 2 glasses champagne (16? My dad's 78th birthday :) ), 2 slices birthday cake (22?), 2 glasses wine (12), too many chocolates & a few maltesers (30?) all on top of a SW healthy cooked brekkie & dinner. Goddam packed lunches & birthdays :(

Definate gain on Tuesday now (and I was 2lbs away again from my lowest weight this time round) :( plus I have a stiff neck/shoulder from sleeping funny for 2 nights & a headache from the crap I've eaten :( ARRRGHHHH!!!!

    Rant over :o

You're right wendyphant, you're so right! Just wish I could undo the damage in 2 days ;)

    Sunday; EE
B; free sausages, bacon, egg & baked beans plus banana & satsuma (or fruit salad)
D; gammon, egg, SW chips & mixed veg (peas, carrots, sweetcorn)

We don't normally have lunch when we have a late cooked brekkie but I will make sure I have fruit on me incase I feel compelled to snack ;)
