Not there yet :) Flying up with OH on 15th for a fortnight - though that first day he's off over the bridge for a meeting all day :( Ah well - hope it's dry at least!

I use to like ML but seem to have gone off it now. Think it's been mentioned on here it's good to have a variety of fat free yogurts. My favs are activia, shape, weightwatchers and also the onken fat free one too.

My daughter is picking me up one of the half price gammon joints from Tesco which I'll cook in the slow cooker. Do I have to remove as much fat as possible BEFORE I cook it?

Karen I really like activia fat free yoghurts, Muller Light taste too artificial for me, I just don't enjoy them.

It's not that I'm being not helpful - when all classes go electronic there won't be a password to share anyway! And if we share it now we'll get this thread shut down so no support for any of us - is that what you want?
