morning all - can you please tell me 'what is your favourite yogurt? i used to like muller lights but i have now discovered the onken fat free strawberry yogurt and it is lovely, very thisk and creamy, but they only seem to be available in large tubs, i use it 2 or 3 times, then freeze the rest and eat it for pudding later on, i have tried some irish fat free yogs and didn't think they had much taste, what does every one else eat?slimming world start: 17.1.10 @ 200 lb's
lost up to now - 7 lb's
first target: 180 (this is waht i stuck to most of my life!)
second target: 160 ( I haven't been this for over 10 years)
third target: 138(my personal target)
final target: 120 (this is what i was when i got married)0 -

I use to like ML but seem to have gone off it now. Think it's been mentioned on here it's good to have a variety of fat free yogurts. My favs are activia, shape, weightwatchers and also the onken fat free one too.0 -

Do onken only do the fat free one in strawberry please? I've also gone off mullerlights and tend to eat the ww toffee and vanilla ones or shape fuller for longer strawb and rasp.Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0

Karen I really like activia fat free yoghurts, Muller Light taste too artificial for me, I just don't enjoy them.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100
