Chicken & Bacon salad (with or without dressing shouldn't be too terrible) other than that you're venturing into flexible syn day!0 -

It all looks lovely! I would personally go for the Warm Chicken & Bacon Salad and ask for the dressing on the side. But that is just what I would like! I'm not very good at restaurant syns as I eat out so rarely:(
Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

I was just thinking that 3 syns for a roll seems quite low. Is that accurate? If so which rolls are they?
i'm going by what my green book i got the other week says lol it was a single wholemeal roll :eek: just checked it i was doing half portion so its actually 6!
but still it was yummy!0 -
Mrs Hedgehog -- i had a nosey at the menu. id go with one of the following;
risotto, stirfry, or the steak as it chargrilled - ask for the sauce on the side and request a side salad/baked potato.
its all gonna be synful....Carla-Farla!!
