In the book I think it says reduced fat cheddar or reduced fat mozzerella - but I don't have my book with me at the mo!

Anyone here go to an Edinburgh class? I'm going up for a fortnight and will call in to get weighed up there!

where about in Edinburgh are you staying Skint? I've stopped going to classes now (in Fife) as I never had the time to stay but I popped into an Edinburgh class a few times when I couldn't get over the bridge in time!

Not heard of this happening before! Are you drinking loads of fluids? Perhaps your body has gone into shock with all the healthy food its getting:j:T

Seriously though it would be worth popping in to see your Dr and see what he says.

Agree with retiredlady, you could have some sort of virus or vertigo. But be honest with yourself first about whether you are following the plan properly - eg eating enough, getting your HEAs and Bs etc

i don't think a lack of meat causes dizziness :) I've been veggie for 20 years and only get dizzy when I drink too much :D

Just got back from weigh in.... 4.5lb off this week! So pleased, and I'm into the next stone now...I never want to see that other number on the scale again if I can help it! I had a gain of 1.5lb last week so I think that's got something to do with it, but have also been writing everything down religiously which has really helped get me back on track, I'll be doing the same this week.

I was just thinking that 3 syns for a roll seems quite low. Is that accurate? If so which rolls are they?
