Well weigh in tomorrow, I've been writing down everything all week and have stayed on plan...so pray for a loss for me please, I want my weight to be going in the right direction again.

I just bought some teapigs green tea matcha, (£25 quid for a 30g tin...30 servings worth yikes.) but got £5 off, it's meant to be packed full of antioxidants, a good source of energy, and has been shown to increase metabolism by 30-40%, all of which I need being in my final few months of university, when I'm mostly sitting on my !!!! in front of a computer and stress means my immune system isn't fully up to scratch. So it'll be interesting to see if it works, and whether it boosts my weight loss at all.

Snacks: Banana, Mullerlight banana & custard

Activity: 30 minute swim, 45 minutes wii fit, 30 minute walk

Total Syns: 2 1/2 (so far, I have my eye on an Alpen Light bar for later at the cinema)

Back from WI and I lost half a pound, not disappointed since I had that chinese and easter egg on Friday! My consultant looked through my food diaries and said it all looks ok but need some variation, so will have to find some more meals to have. Now going to eat my chicken casserole - I'm starving lol.
