WI day again, hoping for more than a pound this week :) I've eaten more fruit this week than I'd normally eat in a year lol
I weigh myself everyday so I know I'm going down and can feel it too. I can do my knee high boots right up, which I haven't been able to do since I bought them 6 months ago, so that's a good sign! When I can do that with my size 12 jeans I'll be a happy girl :rotfl:
Good luck for all who WI today xx

I would imagine that she only got the password for 4 weeks because she bought a 4 week membership. As long as you are a paid up member of slimming world be it at a class or on line you will have the password.

Wondering if Magi Noodles show up on the online syns site.
I've had this cough and cold for over a week now and all I fancy is stodgy savoury food, so just cooked up some curry flavour magi noodles with cauliflower and put a couple of eggs in when it was boiling.
    Yummy,

how about some sugar free jelly? or making some of the syn free pancakes? the recipes not too far back in this thread. You could go for some low syn chocolate, I think freddo's are around 5-7 syns (not sure exactly) or try going out and buying some different types of fruit like a pineapple, banana's and strawberrys

Hello, I've just got back from holiday (was great) so I'm going to jump right back in with the slimming world.

I did OK whilst away and put on about 2 pounds, which I will now have to loose again:o. Most of that came from extra wine and gin if I'm honest.

Today if have used up a sachet of Quaker Oat so simple and it comes in as 5 syns. My question is can it be couonted as an HEB? Can I make normal porrige and have it as a HEB? I seem to remeber that you could but the list of HEB that's on the PDF sheets on the mwebsite is rather small so only lists the main cereals (IYSWIM).

For lunch I've had rice and lentil dahl and tonight I shall have SW burgers, chips and veg.
    Syns:choc chip cookie, hot choc.
    Trying to keep in budget.

well done on only gaining two pound while you were away!

The plain oatso simple bags are Heb and I *think* you can have 28g porridge as Heb also. Will check.
