Bit fed up at mo, wi at weekend and maintained. My problem is not eating enough, I know I'm supposed to eat but what with IBS and just not being hungry what can I do?

    Food today

B-Usual 3 weetabix [heb + 3.5 syns] milk [hea] coffee

L- homemade shepherds pie [1.5 syns], curly kale, peas, gravy, muller [babybel & snacka jack not eaten as full]

    snack, banana & water

T- very late as visited hospital, didn't really want anything when I came home but OH made me have more shepherds pie [1.5 syns]. Feel very sick now.

Note to self; MUST EAT MORE

When I was sturggling to lose the weight last time and was staying the same all the time my consultant suggested it might be the weetabix so I limit weetabix to 4 breakfasts a week and it made a massive difference.

    Today is EE

Breakfast - scrambled egg and baked beans

    Snack - apple bannana pear

    lunch - chicken stir fry

Tea - am out with a friend so we are going to a local pub for food and a natter I am odd I don't really like steak it is not that i dislike it i just can't see the point of it but if they don't do plain chicken i will have steak and jacket potato and if i am good today and stay away from the crisps today I will treat myself to a glass of wine but it will have to be a large one - can't see the point of those piddley little glasses not worth picking it up:rotfl:

catch up with you all later if i survive because i am going to try and do 10-15 mins on the wii twice today

    Pizza Hut - SW friendly!!

    Hi folks,

I went to Pizza Hut last night , I had

Chicken ceasar salad starter asked for the dressing seperate so it came as iceberg lettuce with chicken (the parmasan cheese and croutons must have been hiding in the kitchen) - so free!

Chicken arabiata pasta - checked online using the figures from the pizza hut website = 5 and a half (extra easy)

Dessert half a mini chocolate cheesecake 11.5 per slice so about 6.

Thus full meal was only 11 and a half syns. Very pleased with my restraint!

You know when you find the right dress. I went to my 2nd shop and picked out about 6/7 dresses - then found that I'd picked out 'the one' twice! It was meant to be ;)
It's very baffling but don't be afraid to try on one dress again and again if you want to!
The dress you decide on will always be ordered by your sizing now. This is so worse case scenario you don't lose anything - all dresses can go in or out by up to 2 dress sizes. It's not ordered by 'dress size' - it's ordered by your personal measurements. I so can't wait to get my dress through though I hope it'll be too big by then ;) 8 weeks
I've only just bought my shoes - dictated by OH's height so I don't tower over him! My underwear will just consist of pretty knickers (tmi?!) as you can't wear a corset inside a boned dress and I won't need a bra as it's sooo structured (for the first time in my life!). I don't want to do stockings as I'm hoping for the hottest day of the year ;) & my dress is already v heavy.
Ask away - I wish i'd had someone to ask. So many people think you know what you're doing - but most of us only plan this once!

Thanks. I am going back to the same shops next week to try on my favs again and going to some new shops too :o

Mine is going to need altering whatever as I am smaller on top than on my hips so way too much material up top. Like you I wont need a bra I wouldn't have thought.

Some shops had sample dresses way too big and others way too small so I found it very difficult to imagine how they would look in my size.

I am still pleased that I am still losing weight but like you said far safer to order in the size I am now and then have it altered nearer the time.

Yes I found the same - I'm generally a size 18 but was trying on 12's (which obviously didn't do up at the back (nice!) to 26's which I had to hold up! :rotfl:

Wonder if I could ask a quick question......

I am planning on making a chilli tonight (red day) and using a heb for the kidney beans. I want to top this with cheese using my hea choice so I have bought some Eat Smart half fat grated mature cheddar, can I have 42gr of this as it is half fat? I can't find it in the healthy extra a section online and when I use the syn calculator it says 3.5 syns don't really want to syn it.

Would anyone mind if I started to post my food each day? I thought if I was making major mistakes that you kind people here may notice and point me in the right direction. I am doing body optimise online and i thought there might be a forum on that but there isn't :(

Hope everyone is well and making good choices today :j

Any reduced fat cheddar is 42g as per your book = HEa (Chilli is always best on an EE day or make it with quorn for a completely free green day!)

Yes do post your food - we'll take a look (and it'll give us ideas too!)

I'm being a little naughty today and having chicken kiev for dinner - 15.5syns! sooo not worth it but I will enjoy it tonight with some SW chips!

If you are going to use the kidney beans as a b why not do an extra easy day then you won't have to weigh them? I'd only do a red day if I wanted to use both my b choices for bread.

Not sure about the cheese but as long as its half fat (around 15% fat) then I think your ok to count it as a Hea.

Welcome, and post away, I always like to see what other folks eat to give me ideas!
