I had a change of plan and did all day breakfast instead. I will have the chilli tomorrow night then take it to work on Thurs in a flask.
I haven't ventured to EE yet as I started with old books so doing green and red days. How does my chilli become an extra easy? Could I have rice if I did an extra easy? That would be great!
Todays food has been: RED

L Chicken with homemade coleslaw made up of carrots, red and white cabbage (FF salad cream was added not mayo 2 tblsp 5 syns) lettuce, spring onions, toms and cucumber. Muller Light
D Lean bacon low fat sausages x2 (1 syn) tomatoes egg and 2 slices of nimble wholemeal HEB2 with very low fat marg (1 syn)
Snacks - banana clememtine x2 grapes and an Alpen Light Bar (3)
Forgot to take my sweetners to work so had 2 level tsp of sugar in my hot drink (1)

hey guys!
I tried quorn sausages today and they were really yummy, tasted alot more like sausages than I imaginedHad them on wholemeal toast with eggs and some ketchup (2 syns) for brekky.
I have just come back to uni from going home at the weekend, and came back with tonnes of food in tow, now I just need to know what to cook with it. I brought home about 8 chicken breasts, a pork chop and some beef, along with loads of rice, sausages, mince, marinades and spices and now I have so much food I can't decide what to have for tea! Not all of it is SW friendly as I went shopping with my dad who just picked up food willy nilly, but mostly it's good! I found out most of the syn values for my stuff but there are a few I couldn't find and wondered if someone would pretty please check some syn values for me?
ASDA - Chicken Casserole Sauce Mix (Packet), Tilda Oriental Stir Fry Rice (one of those 2min microwave ones), ASDA Fajhita Dinner Kit and Tesco Healthy Choices Beef in Black Bean Sauce.
Had the last one for tea, didn't want to cook! Had a WW dessert for afters (3 syns)
and will see how many syns I have left after the tesco meal.Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR
