Can you see who they are manufactured by? If not give us the calories, fat, carb protein per 100g plus serving size - I'll be back soon!

Do all groups have the 'party' weeks, when people bring in something they've made from free foods? and if so how often?
Although it's a great idea, I can barely afford to feed my children and myself let alone cook something to take to my meeting - so, I was wondering if it would be considered very rude to stay to these meetings but not eat anyone elses food or whether on those weeks I should just get weighed and come home?
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

Maggi noodles is made by nestle. Think they are from an asian shop as foreign writing on the packet lol.
    per 100g
    protein 11.0
    cals 438
    fat 17.2
    cant see anything for carbs.

each packet is 82g. Wow Im shocked at the fat content :o

Right - there is nothing under Nestle for magi noodles and I can't work it out without the figure for carbs. I think you must have put the wrong figure in for calories because it seems way too high for an 82g serving! Working on the rough guide of 1 syn per 20 calories this is working out at over 20 syns which can not be possible! Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Don't worry about it Karen - these party weeks come about from time to time but no one is under any obligation to bring anything! And everyone else's feelings would be hurt if you didn't try their food - so dig in!

I quite often just make a quick homemade vegetable soup and give it a bit of a whiz in the blender and shake in a little chilli - nice big container of soup for less than a quid!

Here's my food for today. Doing EE

    Breakfast/Lunch
2 slices of wholemeal toast (Heb) + 28g cheese on top (HeA)

    Dinner
Chicken breast with 4 tbsp Nando’s Peri Peri marinade (2 syns)
½ bag of Tilda Vegatable Biryini Rice (2 syns)
    & SW chips.
    Pud
fruit salad (banana, strawberrys, grapes & apple)
with low sugar jelly (½ syn)
& a Skinny Cow berry smoothie lolly (3)

Snacks - 2 crabsticks, Fat Free yoghurt & apple
    Total Syns: 7.5

May have some cheese curls or a cereal bar later on if I get peckish. I know I didn't have any veg with my dinner for my 1/3 superfree foods, but hopefully my pudding makes up for it hehe!

I was wondering with cheese, is it only reduced fat cheddar that you can have more for as a HeA or any reduced fat cheese? Because I picked up Tesco's reduced fat Red Leicestershire style cheese, and wondered if I could use that? Just had 28g though today just in case I couldn't.
