    Sorry tracey but we're not allowed to share the password (and won't be able to anyway when all classes go electronic) - otherwise this vital supportive thread will be shut down.

    Good evening!

    I know its only day 1 for me but its gone really well. Usually I would have 'cheated' somewhere along the way on all other diets. Thing is I haven't really felt like I'm on a diet. It's almost to good to be true?! Can you just have a quick look at my diary and check its ok . ..

    B = scrambled egg & mushrooms & brown sauce (1) on toast (B)

    L= Pasta n sauce, 28g cheese (6) :o apple, banana

    D= SW chips, tin salmon, peas & sweetcorn, 2 tbsp ketchup (2)

    S=tea & milk (A), shape fuller for longer yoghurt,

    Thanks.

    I think Quorn or Soya mince is great for chilli or any other spicy food, honestly non-meat eaters don't notice the difference! You can also use it as a "filler" if you are buying the more expensive lvery ow fat mince.

    anyway, I never really mention my own progress, though I lurkily follow everyone else's and mentally congratulate, but can I have teensy boast cos I am proud to say
    I LOST THREE POUNDS THIS WEEK AND WAS SLIMMER OF THE WEEK! woooohoooo! I feel so elated. Six weeks attendance and it's been slow but sure, 9 lbs in total. It is so different to the group I tried a couple of years ago, the consultant and the members are good fun, helpful, kind, supportive .... everything. Thanks to you all too, for inspiring me.

    I noticed Broke-bnb mentioned body optimise on line and the lack of a forum. I think that would be nice on the website too. I do use the online food diary as I find it much more useful/easy than the paper version, because I sit at a computer all day for work, and most of the evening for fun. I hate going over on the syns and you get that message about talking to your consultant if you can't manage the syns ;o)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Ok so i returned to group last night, and was terrified that i'd feel like the odd one out, but i got a lovely warm welcome and ended up feeling a bit silly that i hadn't confided my problems before! I kept my history as thought it would be a greater motivator, and somehow since my last weigh in 4/5wks ago i had managed to lose 2lbs so i got my 1stone award!! - Felt like i did not really deserve it, but hoorah! So today, i am planning a green day, and some meal planning so that i can stay on course when i hit the supermarket! Well done to all the 'losers'! x

    Hi, I should of made it clearer, I had 3 cups of tea throughout the day. Think I might cut that down today though and definatley use my cheese as HE. Think I can cut right down on milk but never on my cheese :o

    Thanks! :beer:
