Hmm I'd say it seems a bit low for a jar as they usually have oil in them - 7 syns is average for a packet which is why I thought it might be that.

    Found it - http://www.sharwoods.com/indian/products/sharwoods-tomato-and-cumin-biryani.cfm
It does have oil in it but pretty much all the other ingreidents are free so not sure sorry!
Though the Bhuna is mainly free too and that's nearly 20 syns.

from my food tech gcse days i learnt that the lower down the list an ingredient is the less of it is in the product.. oil and ghee feature quite low and if its 1.6g of fat per 100g there cant be too much in it??
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Yes you're right - but why are all other sharwoods jars in the region of 20 syns then?

Welcome cheeseaddict - you will soon have to change your name to Iusedtobeacheeseaddict :):) On EE you will get 28g of cheese a day as a HEA - anthing else will have to be synned and it won't go far:eek::(

:rotfl:Hope I can get my addiction sorted, just weighed out my 28g to put on my pasta sauce and I dread to think how much I was having!! Used to just go to fridge and cut off a huge chunk

Will definately have to give some of the low fat ones a try. Good tip already :) Thanks.

Weigh in wasn't as bad as I thought, everybody was really nice. Seeing my weight on the scales definately gave me the push I needed.

Lol, I hate it when the syns online doesn't have a new product! I'm still trying to find out if the Wanchai Ferry meal packs are free or not (which has been reported!)
