hi
just wanted to update after my lunch debate.... I ended up having the warm chicken and bacon salad with no dressing or croutons - I took my own Tescos lighter choices dressing and put that on instead
... I had the lunch size portion and it was sooooo tiny!!! have been starving all afternoon, so am now home and having a muller light.
I still can't accurately syn it - the bacon was crispy, and although it wasn't visibly fatty or greasy, I can't say how it was cooked - that said, it was such a small portion I think I'll just discount it!
thanks for everyones help :beer:0 -
Right, won't be trusting my Mum again to cook! She was supposed to be doing a SW cheesy bake tonight, but I arrived to find she'd added cheese sauce & milk to the recipe (on top of what I'd already had that day) - eek! On another note, I managed the 'island lap' on Wii Fit jogging for the first time today - absolutely knackering!
B: 2x Weetabix (HEb), milk (HEa) & banana
L: Jacket potato & beans
T: SW cheesy bake & orange mousse. 10 syns in total (estimate)
Snacks: None
Activity: 45 minutes Wii Fit
Total Syns: 10 synsMortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £00 -
