    Hi everyone,

Pleased today as WI and I've lost 3lbs:j (despite it being that TOTM!!) - suddenly realised why I was ravenous on Thursday - but fed the beast with melon, ML and SW chips.

    Today:
am: nothing as dealing with a family emergency - have to fly to England next weekend

Lunch: 4 Ryvita (Heb) with sliced tomato, grilled bacon and egg mashed with 1tbsp Hellmans extra light (1 syn) - yummy

Dinner: Dh is cooking Surf'n'Turf - grilled jumbo prawns, steak, salad and rice (oh I do love this way of eating!!)

Snacks - pineapple, grapes and a ML
Syns - mostly for a couple of glasses of red wine tonight

Am looking forward to phoning my mother (meanly) as she keeps telling me how SW can't possibly work unless you cut down your portions:D

    Happy Saturday!!! :D

Today is not going to be a SW friendly day!! lol (EE day)

    B - 28g Jordan's Museli (HEB) with Milk (HEA)

Elevenses - Cup of tea, 2 rich tea fingers (2 syns) with shape yog and banana

L - leftover eat smart sausages with omelette followed by a nice fat orange.

had slice of sister's M&S celebration (birthday) cake :o (only cut today dispite her bday being thursday!)... eek! My food directory has 5 1/2 syns per 28g for celebration cake with icing...... had double that (weighed the small slice she gave me) so 11 syns (argh!)

D - Sister wants chinese takeaway!! dang! :o Am likely to have spare ribs (8 1/2 syns per 160g) chicken chow mein (7syns per 380g) and chicken with mushrooms (5syns per 340g) thats the possibility of another 20 1/2 syns (depending on how much i can eat, which isn't much lately tbh)

also i will probably have a glass of asti spumante later (my fave) so thats yet another 5 1/2 syns....:o

So if i set a flexi syn limit of 40 for today and set a 5 syn limit for tomorrow that should be ok (Am expecting to gain on tuesday when i go to get weighed... :o ooooops! :D)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

It's not that I'm being not helpful - when all classes go electronic there won't be a password to share anyway! And if we share it now we'll get this thread shut down so no support for any of us - is that what you want?

Have to say it's beginning to annoy me a little, people asking for the passwords - I (and plenty of others) pay £4.95 a week, which I cannot particularly afford, for the sole purpose of getting the password to access the sw site. Why should some people expect to get it for free?!! Even if I thought people would be kind/helpful enough to give it to me for free, I would feel far too cheeky to ask in the first place!!
    Roll on electronic classes :T

Not there yet :) Flying up with OH on 15th for a fortnight - though that first day he's off over the bridge for a meeting all day :( Ah well - hope it's dry at least!
Oh right, sorry. Well, have a fab time, lots of nice shops! Expect you'll post lots before then anyway.

Thanks Vixie-Pixie. MIL has fallen and broken her hip - luckily she was staying with my BIL at the time - but dh and BIL need to have some serious conversations with her about how she's going to manage at home etc - she lives on her own (and 2 years ago moved from a bungalow to a house with stairs!!!!!). She has been very unsteady on her feet for a while and has osteoporosis - so it isn't entirely unexpected.

Looking forward to a nice night - can't be too bad as I'll have to weigh in Friday this week before we fly (and hopefully not get led astray by airport food.) I'm going to look up Syns before we go and jot them down in my diary as I expect we'll end up with a takeaway on Fri night - and it'll be less obvious than asking BIL if I can log on to check Syns before we order (lol)

Evening all, I'm knackered, just been for a two mile run!

I've decided to quit the Body Optimise site as I'm not really using it, I haven't entered my weight for two weeks and never look at the features on there. It's a waste of money I think at £20 per month.

I'm confident I can manage on my own using the books and magazines, and the support of you guys of course :)

Hey all, I'm going to make a cheese cake for the guys I work with, as two of them helped me change my flat tyre last week. Plus I've been promising to make one for ages anyway.

The cake I'm making is here: http://www.divinechocolate.com/recipes/desserts/recipes_dessert_cheesecake.aspx

Anyone have any idea how syns would be in a portion? Just so I can prepare myself!
