    Hi All,

Weigh in for week 2 today and lost 2.5lbs which takes me to a total of 8lbs so have reached my 1/2 stone which is nice. My consultant did say though that I would have lost mnore if i hadnt been so strict with myself on my syns - weird???

Got to crack on with work now, bought lots of paperwork home with me - poo
