            well I survived the exercise class
 the first exercise I've really done in I don't know how long! It was a toning class so it works your muscles, you don't get out of breath but my god you can feel it! :rotfl:It was onlt £2 for hour long class and the hour flew by. I'm def going next week.

            Hi all,
Found out some surprising news this morning, i am pregnant with our 4th child.
Only started slimming world last week, i have read on the slimming world website that i can still follow the plan whilst pregnant.
Anyway todays meals were:
B: Bacon cob to get over the surprise
L: Flan and beans
T: 99% fat free noodles, cheese and fridge raiders.
Not sure on syns today.
I will be happy to sts for the next 6 months.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Amoy Straight to Wok Black Bean Stirfry sauce 150g 11.5
