Thanks Marion
I'm happy I've got the 1/2 stone off...it's a start.
When I went to SW before (The 1st time) I managed to get quite a few stickers on my book and am hoping to do the same this time round.
I'll try and go a bit sharper next week when it's quiet and see if they say but if they don't I will say.

Step 2. Enter the nutrition information
Please insert the following information from your product packaging, using the nutrition panel. If you're not sure where to find the nutrition information, our diagram should help. If your nutrition panel only has information per 100g and you plan to eat a different portion size, please select 'per serving'.

retiredlady wrote: »Re: Scan Bran
When things get a little *ahem* stuck I make myself a scan bran breakfast which is very similar to my breakfast rice - only quicker!
Put 5 scan brans in a bowl and cover with boiling water from the kettle. Leave for a minute then drain well. Quickly mix in some chopped fruit or some berries and a syn free yogurt to complement the fruit.
Voila - one bowl of hot and tasty cereal which is either a HEB or only 2.5 syns!
Love
Marion
That sounds like the very thing for me
I'll pick some up at class next week. Tried one before and hated it and threw the rest out, but that wee tip sounds good.
Thanks again....I'm going to write these in my book.
