Butter beans
Native to South America, these large plump cream beans are similar in shape to broad beans. These low-fat beans are available fresh, dried, canned or frozen, and are a good protein provider. They are also a good source of iron, dietary fibre, potassium pyridoxine and thiamin. (pop-up windows)0 -

Morning all
Green day again:
B - shreddies with skimmed milk (HEA and HEB) - I'm off shopping tonight so can get another cereal now!!
L - salad with bit of pasta and hard boiled egg - my salad looks rather orange! I only had carrots, orange pepper, tomatoes and beetroot in the fridge! and muller light
D - I fancy pizza, I may try the smash pizza recipe or make pizza on slice of wholemeal (HEB), with cheese (HEA) and maybe SW chips.
Snacks - fruit.
Syns - mmmm not thought of those yet. I may buy some M&S choc deserts later.
Not feeling too achey after the toning class yesterday at the moment, but my firend says I'll feel worse later!
Got next two days off workand I'm going to Cardiff tomorrow with my friend. It's here birthday and she wants to go to GBK for lunch so I may just save my syns up for that as I have no idea how many syns would be in their veggie burger!
Have a good day all

Can i clarify - what i can have as the HEA & HEB on the EE plan, online, i can only see, the different kinds of bread, and then the different bits of cheese.
some of the meal listings on here say, they are having cereal or bars, i don't always want to eat bread (i'm not a lover of bread) and i tend to take my drinks black, so i have been eating the babybel cheese instead of having the milk. if i could swap these for something else
Also are the extra lean sausages, that are in m&s or tesco, etc free on EEslimming world start: 17.1.10 @ 200 lb's
