Thanks all for the lovely congrats messages, starting to sink in now, but like with my other 3 it still doesn't feel real as i never get any pregnancy symptoms.

Anyway had to grab lunch on the go today as was feeling sick from not eating.

I bought a chicken and bacon wrap, can someone please look up the syns for me please as i can't seem to work it out online.

    Cals: 569
    Protein: 24.3g
    Carbs: 41.4g
    of which sugars: 3.0g
    Fat: 34.0g
    of which saturates: 6.8g
    Fibre: 3.8g

I'm doing EE today, can the wrap be used as a HEB?

Just to clarify please, i was told at my slimming world class that you could choose or not to have your healthy extras. some comments ( consultant, cough cough) sound as though i should always have these, am i doing it wrong?

Yellowbird, I hope I didn't offend you, it was meant tongue-in-cheek, because you'd just stated that you were following the plan without making your own little tweaks (or something like that) and then said you hadn't had your HEB. It made me smile but, you know, we all tweak the plan on occasions ;)

Someone asked about the Free Branded Foods book (sorry can't find the post now). It's a great little book for carrying in your bag on supermarket visits as everything in it is free food, so it doesn't take ages to wade through looking for whatever it is you want. It sells for £1.95, so cheap too :)

    Well done that's a great result :D

    Welcome back to Robpw2 - it's been a while!

Congratulations smegs. Yes you can safely continue to Food Optimise while you're pregnant. Once the baby's born, if you plan to breastfeed, you get extra HEs to keep you both going, but there's lots of time till you need to think about that. A good weight gain throughout pregnancy shouldn't be more than about 25lbs and most of that in the last trimester.

Can i clarify - what i can have as the HEA & HEB on the EE plan, online, i can only see, the different kinds of bread, and then the different bits of cheese.
some of the meal listings on here say, they are having cereal or bars, i don't always want to eat bread (i'm not a lover of bread) and i tend to take my drinks black, so i have been eating the babybel cheese instead of having the milk. if i could swap these for something else
Also are the extra lean sausages, that are in m&s or tesco, etc free on EE

Karen you can have everything that's listed as a HEA on any plan (that's milk and various cheeses) on the EE plan.

Extra Easy HEB's are listed on pages 23 -25 of the FO book. Did you get the book as part of your joining pack? It also includes a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, various dried and canned fruit and some soups. If you haven't got the book, I'll put a list together for you but haven't got time today, I'm off to group now.
