Thanks all for the lovely congrats messages, starting to sink in now, but like with my other 3 it still doesn't feel real as i never get any pregnancy symptoms.

Anyway had to grab lunch on the go today as was feeling sick from not eating.

I bought a chicken and bacon wrap, can someone please look up the syns for me please as i can't seem to work it out online.

    Cals: 569
    Protein: 24.3g
    Carbs: 41.4g
    of which sugars: 3.0g
    Fat: 34.0g
    of which saturates: 6.8g
    Fibre: 3.8g

I'm doing EE today, can the wrap be used as a HEB?

I will need the portion size to work it out for you in grams please. But should warn you it is going to be very high! Sorry but you can't have a wrap as a HE - wish we could!

  • consultant31 I was not offended, infact it made me laugh. howver it did get me thinking as trying a fresh i thought i would stop trying to tweak it. i really did think HE were optional. HE a choice is easily taken care of but I did not know i should be having the others and thought if i missed them it would help my weight loss. I wont do that now, it is not hard to use them as i love bread cheese etc. thanks for the help consultant.

    hello everyone..

i started slimming world in Jan 09 and managed to lose 2st 10lbs by Aug so was very pleased. After that, I let it go a bit and put alot of the weight back on, especially over xmas. I am now back and raring to go again, i think even more commited than last time, and the good news is, i started 2010 1st1lb lighter than 2009 so im pleased about that.

I dont go to classes, i just do what i can with books off ebay etc and help on here and other forums. I have joined a gym and been going most days to do some kind of activity and am starting to feel like i have a routine starting.

I have had a great start to the year and already lost 10lbs, although i think it was quite easy as i had lost it last year also. So as it stands, I am 1st11lbs down from my heaviest weight of 17st9lbs.

My goal is to get to 14 stone, and I am currently 15st12lbs.

as i said, all your messages on here really help shy blokes like me that dont have the balls to go to classes so thanks for that..

Il hopefully keep you all up to date with any progress..

also, if needed, im here to help if i can..
    Weight at 1st Jan 2009 = 17st 9lbs!!
    Total lost to date = 1st 11lbs :j
    Current Weight = 15st 12lbs...

    Total debt at 1st Jan 2009 = £17,000
    Current debt = £9,000 :T
