wow skint catt, how exciting!
im drawn towards rhe alfred angelo one thouhg. both beautiful though!!

im gettin nervous about class now, im really hoping i didnt spoil things at the weekend with the alcohol i drunk!!!!

but today, EE as normal.
BF: Mullerlight, Scrambled egg, beans, slice wholemeal toast & flora portion (7)

Lunch: Wholemeal roll (HeB), Ex.Lite Laugh Cow Triangle (part Hea), Tbsp Ex. Lite mayo(1/2), Tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce, (1 1/2), bacon, ham, lettuce, onion
Spoonful Beans & extra slice bacon. Tea

going to have a mullerlight and piece of fruit before class, and depending on weight loss am going to make my own pizza as flutterby really put me in the notiion!! I dont mind going over a bit on WI days if I have a craving for something, as i know it will mean I wont be tempted dring the week! does that make any sense!?

Sticking to the plan, but not been able to get on the wii as have been busy & baby is ill.

wow, they are both stunning! Think I like the 1st one more, but minus the gloves. How exciting!

Thanks, yes the gloves are a no-no! The first one was my first choice & I kept going back to it, but both Mum and I are growing on the 2nd - much longer train & full of detail. The 2nd one wasn't in the right colour in the shop so it was hard to compare the two at the time - it's still all rolling over in my head!

Oh dear, not a good day for me.

It's been stressful at work with my boss giving me grief, and some annoying customers not being helpful. I reacted by eating a bar of chocolate, on top of my days syns! I've about double what I should have done I'm worried now I won't lose any weight this week...... sigh

a litle question you may be able to answer, can i the aldi benefit less than 70 cal bars as my HEB. they have 3 syns each in, but i dont do bread! want to know if i can treat them like alpen bars(light) thanks

catt , the first ones is very much like the dress that i got married in in cyprus , the sun bounced of the crystals , i got mine from the wedding show , i loved the detail and the fact it a timeless dress , everyone loved it and both my daughters want to get married in it .
I'm only 5,5 and i asked the lady there if i could put a hoop under it to lift it and give it more shape and it looked stunning and when i came out with it on everyone was saying how beautiful it was .
