Hello everyone
I made a moussaka yesterday using the following ingredients:
Tesco healthy living beef mince
Tesco finest passata
beef stock
worcester sauce
herbs
aubergines
onions, mushrooms, peas and carrots
Fat free natural fromage frais
Tesco extra light cream cheese with garlic and chives - 13.5 syns but about 3 per portion.
I tried to use quark but it tasted like absolute crap! I am sorry but the taste was revolting. Tasted like urine (hope there aren't any quark lovers on the board getting offended-sorry).
I mixed the fromage frais and cream cheese together and spread it over the roasted aubergines and put it all in the oven. It tasted quite nice actually - quite tangy.
Next time I will use minced lamb and also the lidl cream cheese that everyone keeps going on about.
I was in Shepherds bush today and visited westfields for the first time. It was HUGE!!!!! Treated myself to some new workout gear from Marks and Sparks and then went to the gym again today for an hour.

Well done! And good advice, try not to turn a bad day in to a bad week and try not to turn a bad week in to a bad month , my old consultant always used to say that.iceicebaby wrote: »3 pounds off this week for me.

Am a bit dissapointed as put on 1/2 a pound:o. I thought id done pretty good this week. I did have a few cake slices two days ago and had some wine on Sat but I thought id counted it all. This is the first week I havnt written everything down though. I decided I was going to write everything down again since xmas, so maybe ive misscounted. Its not put me off though, Im more determined to lose next week.

Thinking of making a chilli quorn lasagne tomorrow
Was it nice? - I've run out of ideas for quorn, but this sounds really fab. How much philli did you use?

I would have liked more time to look further but I've left it very late!
I just wanted to say that please remember these dresses are sized really small, I found it really depressing when I was looking. In the end (ten years ago) I weighed 9'12 and still got married in a size 18! I had worked so hard to get to under 10st and couldn't believe I could get into a size 12/14 in everything else but there I was - a size 18 bride. Only the woman in the bridal shop saved me from tears by telling me they are made in the far east and can be very small. Although I joked about it to everyone, actually it was horrible so be warned, all ye brides-to-be.
