I know Inazuma - what a confidence crusher isn't it! I'm expecting to order a 20 (ish) and hope to lose enough to have it taken in at least one size by June. You think they'd try to be nice and make them come up larger wouldn't you!0

Horrid revelation today when i found out that all the works breakfast food is deep fried  no idea why when they have a grill  but oh well:
snack: muller light, an apple, tea with sweetener
breakfast: fried egg and a square sausage (which i now know was deep fried)
lunch: chicken curry and rice
dinner: melon, steak with rice and salad, chocolate cheesecake and icecream (synd, already budgeted these as it was a friends birthday dinner)
work is the enemy must avoid eating there at all costs, damn slimming world sabotagers.
Oh well, good day tomorrow, have boxing in the evening so that should kick me back into shape.

Am a bit dissapointed as put on 1/2 a pound:o. I thought id done pretty good this week. I did have a few cake slices two days ago and had some wine on Sat but I thought id counted it all. This is the first week I havnt written everything down though. I decided I was going to write everything down again since xmas, so maybe ive misscounted. Its not put me off though, Im more determined to lose next week.
SC im loving the Alfred Angelo dress, its stunning.
Hi nic
keep up the good work & it will come off next week.
it's amazing the results when you write it down. My fiance reckons he knows within 1/2lb how much i will lose, by how many days i actually write it down.( i hate to admit he is usually right!!)

Evening all
Have had a couple of days off plan shall we say:rotfl:
Yesterday I'm not sure what came over me - it was like I'd been let off the leash! I ate everything and anything. Then today I had a meeting involving meals, which I didn't have too much control over.
So tomorrow I shall begin again!;) Chin up everyone!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

hi ladies and gentlemen!
2nd wiegh in tonight and i lost 1/2 lb. pleased with this as I thought i had put on! But would def like moe off next week. gonna have a nosey at some superspeed foods, and consultnt gave us a few recipes to try including speed soup and curry sauce that only needs mushy peas, tinned tomatoes and curry powder -- im not sure, but apparently its gorge!!! I shall experiement and let you know!
She also mentioned something Pomello (sp!?) its a superspeed fruit that I have never heard of! It is in Lidl at the mniute for 39p when its usually over £1. and its apparently a mix between a melon and grapefruit. I like melon, not so keen on grapefruit, but gonna give it a try!!Carla-Farla!!

Like the sound of that speed soup but Im a bit confused with peas as in the food optimising book I cant see peas mentioned at all on the free red and green list, but are mentioned in the EE book as an ss food.
Ooops edit just seen peas in the syns list and are free on green days. Wish they put them on the free list too at the beginning of the book with the other veg.
Also was tempted to get the Pomello but then remembered Im on a statin tablet and not allowed grapefruit so guess not allowed this fruit :rolleyes:0 -
Is frying eggs with frylight syn free?
Have been chopping up veg e.g. potato, sweetpotato, parsnips into biggish pieces, spraying with frylight and baking in the oven. Is this free on green days.?
Yesterday bought a fresh Swede for the first time. Was having heck of a job hacking away at it. Eventually chopped it up and some of it resembled chips. Sprayed with frylight and baked and were delicious.0 -
