So the weekend away went pretty much to plan, didn't have dessert, and I did order the fish, however it had all been cooked in a buttery sauce & the new potatoes were half roasted. Didn't really like it though so only ate about half! This morning I avoided the full fry up & went for eggs on toast, I did have some with a little bit of butter on but swap the rest for some without & added beans. Yummy.

I bought a new camera yesterday, OH took a pic of me last night testing it out and the result has finally given the motivation I need to sort out my weight! In the pic I looked about 5 months pregnant with a shiny face and fat arms, oh the shame!
I've had porridge for breakfast, an egg sarnie and flapjack for lunch, and will cook some tomato pasta for tea.
I also did 30 minutes of an aerobics DVD this afternoon, I'm knackered now! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
