  • Just dropping in to say hi, I have been sort of keeping going with the plan but not 100% - the giving up sweets for lent has helped me a lot though.

Anyway I think (whisper it) I might make club 10 this week :) keep your fingers crossed for me...

Weigh-in today and lost another 1 lb which I was surprised at as I lost 4 lbs last week so thought wouldn't lose any this week :j

And........... only 1.5 lbs to go to my Club 10 target :D

I have also started looking at wedding dresses as apparently 6 months is leaving it a bit late. Dont they understand that I wanted to lose some weight first!!!

Well done to all this week's losers and stsers

So the weekend away went pretty much to plan, didn't have dessert, and I did order the fish, however it had all been cooked in a buttery sauce & the new potatoes were half roasted. Didn't really like it though so only ate about half! This morning I avoided the full fry up & went for eggs on toast, I did have some with a little bit of butter on but swap the rest for some without & added beans. Yummy.

    B: Weetabix, milk, banana, beans, toast - 5 syns 3 fried egg yolks - 1 1/2 syns butter - 2 syns

L: Small jacket potato, tuna & tomato. Muller Light vanilla.

T: Chicken, new potatoes, peas & carrots.

    Snacks: Banana

Activity: 1 hours walk with OH, 40 minutes on the Wii fit so far.

    Total syns: 9 1/2

WI tomorrow, I get the feeling I may have STS as my wii fit likes to lie to me at home (we have it on the carpet) - I'm always brought back down to earth with a bump at the WI!

I bought a new camera yesterday, OH took a pic of me last night testing it out and the result has finally given the motivation I need to sort out my weight! In the pic I looked about 5 months pregnant with a shiny face and fat arms, oh the shame!

I've had porridge for breakfast, an egg sarnie and flapjack for lunch, and will cook some tomato pasta for tea.

I also did 30 minutes of an aerobics DVD this afternoon, I'm knackered now!
