Quick question - with the sw chips can you use as much frylite as you like or should it be restricted please? Thinking of trying them tomorrow :)

    Good luck Lola!!
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

Argh why is the weekend so hard for us slimmers? Ive done well all week then around comes Friday and I go mad, having curries (not SW) wine and pretzels. Then Sat night my OH is away out so I spent the night making Fimo beads to keep my hand busy but ended up having a couple of bottles of Tiger beer and a few more pretzels  Im so weak.

Planned a healthy Sw day with free chicken stew for Sunday lunch, just have to lock all the nibbles away after 7pm.

Rob ty for the tip, i use a wire rack for my meat so the fat drips away from the joint so ill try same with the chips lol

consultant, that made sense, i dropped down to two ML and two bananas yesterday and my weight dropped back down to my last weeks weighin this morning
so i have 3 more days to drop more to lose weight next weighin

i have to say though its hard trying to convince my brain that im on a diet and should lose weight, but the foods we can eat etc its goes against all dieting aspects and i just keep thinking well how can i lose weight eating this lol and i soem times panic and think should i cut right down

Kath if you're still craving the snacks I'd just get more of a variety of lower cal fruit in the house to replace the extra bananas you would have been having, the variety will be better for your vitamin intake too...Usually in a day I have blueberries, an apple, a couple of clementines, a handful of grapes, and a banana. Strawberries are superspeed fruits if you like them and a good sweet fix, I'm just staying off them at the moment as they're always a bit tangy when they're not in season, or way more expensive if you manage to find good ones. Pear's are nice at the mo too.

You could join at a SW group - get the books & the first talk then don't go back (under £10 I think if there's a promo on if not then £15 at worst).

Sorry consultant - I know it's not good but I know what it's like not to be able to afford things! :o

Don't worry about it - I've even told people this myself. At the end of the day we want slimmer, healthier people on the planet and food optimising is the way to go IMO.

At the moment it's £9.95 to join including the first week's class so that you can get the info and tips necessary to get you going. The one thing I would ask is that you have the courage to text the Consultant some time in the next week to let her know you won't be going back. I've had people join my group (2 of them a month ago) and not return. It costs a packet to keep ringing them, sending out support notes etc and then they haven't got the good manners to tell me why they've diappeared. It makes me despair sometimes

Just don't take the top off and pour it out. I've heard of someone actually using it to shallow fry in thinking it was free, doh!

No, honestly, sutting right down is counter-productive. Your body will go into 'famine' mode and store every last calorie.

Use your book to pick out all the free and superfree foods that you like (you could mark them with a highlighter pen to make them easy to spot) then fill up on them every time you want to eat. Throw in the healthy extras and a few syns (taking care to weigh and measure those) and you'll find the weight will drop off.

It works, honestly it does. SW give a money-back guarantee to it's members....they wouldn't do that if they didn't KNOW for a fact that it works.

I buy 2 or 3 different melons and chop them into a massive bowl with a lid, then when I want to pick I have all sorts of different flavours and textures to go at - and it keeps you regular too iykwim!!!!
