Hi
Please may I join you. I started the Body Optimise a week ago and had my first weigh in today and I have gained 1lb. I have religiously stuck to the plan (or so I thought) and I have enjoyed it. I am due my AF tomorrow, could this be a reason for the gain? Think maybe I am clutching at straws! I don't have a lot to lose, I am just out of the healthy BMI. I would like to lose a stone to be comfortably back in the healthy range. Heeeeeellllllppppppppp!Joined SW 15/02/10 Joined again 20.06.11 lost 11lbs
I have been quit for 8 Months, 1 Day, 21 hours, 49 minutes and 17 seconds (245 days). I have saved £1,260.39 by not smoking 4,180 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 12 hours and 20 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 26/04/2011 13:59:j0 -
Hi All
Not been on for a while....sorry.
I have been right off diet last couple of weeks and eating everything in sight..and it is showing.
As I have mentioned before, the club I was going to didn't have a very pleasant consultant, and I didn't go back after going for 4 weeks.
I got a letter from her the other day to say the meetings were ending and I would have to go somewhere else. I'm not surprised as a lot of new people who started were very vocal and wouldn't be surprised if they had reported her.
It's back to square 1 for me now and have just bought the new mag, + I have all my books from the past and will try and do it myself (I know it is better going to a class). I know there is great support on here and know I'm in the right frame of mind now.
Starting Monday and will get weighed then.
Hope you are all well.

Hiya all, I had a pm from consultant31 who said I'd posted on the old thread and that I should post here instead (thanks consultant31), so here's my original thread from last week!
Sorry I've not posted for ages, I'm naughty (but try to be nice)! lol!
Unfortunately I've been struggling to lose weight - I put on 4lbs after Christmas and 3lbs after my hols (plus my birthday, Valentine's day and pancake day) so now I weigh even more! I'm just writing to tell you about my new diet aid! I've put a full length mirror in my kitchen! It's in a place that I have to walk past regularly and it's helping me to get back on track. I'm hoping to see less of myself soon! lol! I know this probably won't help everyone, but maybe it might be worth a try!
I'll report back after my Thursday weigh in! Wishing everyone good luck for this week.
I lost two and a half pounds - whoohoo! Thanks to you all for contributing to this thread - I'm learning so much! And it's making me feel so inspired! :j0 -
Made spicy carrot and corriander soup for lunch (free on Green) really nice and plenty left over.
I am having a (hopefully) 'free' curry night tonight - rather an experiment in places so I hope it will be nice.

I was in Tesco's yesterday and they had their Light Choices Salmon & Broccoli pie reduced. I needed to get something for DH and DD to eat on Monday evening when I am away so I got two. I checked the syns when I got home and was surprised that they are free on EE and original.
They have salmon, pollock and broccoli in them and mashed potato on top so with lots of veg it makes a very easy meal. Sometimes I find I need something I can just bung in the oven.0 -
