Morning!!
Kathf - i always eat loads of free food when i'm hungry. Esp on red days when i can pop to morrisons and buy a whole cooked chicken and then proceed to remove the skin and have the whole thing during the course of the day
But i have found as the weeks go on that i eat less as i get full quicker. Thats whats great about SW as the amount of free food you eat is dependant on you as an individual so if you naturally have a big appetite (like me) you can eat as much as you want until you feel full
Today (another EE day)
B - Museli (HEB) with milk (HEA) cup of tea, banana and lychees
L - HM SW friendly Chicken curry with boiled rice and onion salad. 2 poppadoms 5syns
D - 1x wholegrain crackerbread (rest of HEB as i reread my book and discovered i could have one with my museli) with ham and cucumber followed by mullerlight yog and more fruit
Drinks - tea, diet coke and loads of waterAll hail to the sale!!!!!!
new beginnings...... new successes..0 -

i think cos the diet is new to me i just need to adapt and be sensible and not eat just cos i can and not cos im hungry etc lol xx0 -
to top it off
its my sons birthday today and i always bake him a choccy cake, hes doing this diet with me though for him from home where as im going to meetings
but he still wanted his birthday cake lol
i done even know how to work out the syns on that lol, and i have to try and not be tempted which will be fun lol xx0 -

At the moment it's £9.95 to join including the first week's class so that you can get the info and tips necessary to get you going. The one thing I would ask is that you have the courage to text the Consultant some time in the next week to let her know you won't be going back. I've had people join my group (2 of them a month ago) and not return. It costs a packet to keep ringing them, sending out support notes etc and then they haven't got the good manners to tell me why they've diappeared. It makes me despair sometimes
Hi Consultant31
Any time I emailed my consultant (to say if I couldn't make it)she never acknowledged it, and told us she would not be phoning us to chase us up. If we wanted advice we could phone her. Which is fair enough.
She was so different to the original woman we had who would give you a midweek call to see how you were getting on.
Consultant did send me a letter last week saying club now closed and I emailed her again.
I'm going to have a go myself and see how I get on.
Lola:hello: Never say Never :smileyhea0 -
Well I'm off to my nieces 2nd birthday in an hour or so...and have the buffet fear! I'm going to have a bowl of my home made free soup and a boiled egg before I go out. Haven't had any syns so far today, so going to take quorn kiev bites along to pop in the oven 0.5syn each, and some pickled onions, my bro says they've got cheese so might just have a bit of that as my other healthy A, and will have a small slice of bday cake with a cuppa I reckon...and I should still be on plan. Will allow myself a max of 20syns today, as I generally have less than 10 a day on mon/tues/wed so will balance out.
Hope we all have a slim Sunday!0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -
Scrambled egg for me this morning with a banana & satsuma or apple to follow plus a big glass of SF squash. We've got duck stir-fry tonight before OH plays his gig - I'll be sticking to Diet Coke & hope I won't get the munchies at 2am!0

Agggh could kill hubby. He seems to think vegetable/peanut oil is not fattening. No amount of reasoning will sway him. He thinks only animal fat is fattening.
Today he has cooked sweet and sour prawns with rice. Grateful as I am I will just have to have a bowl full of rice with soya sauce as I just dont trust him not to put cooking oil in his cooking.
Also got a cold and cough atm and when Im like that, all I want is lots of fattening savoury stuff like crisps etc. Trying to resist this i.e. by eating bowls of rice as said above. (feed a cold starve a fever)
Yesterday has marions rice but used 1 cup of pudding rice with 2 ff yogurts. Hope that isnt a misuse of free foodsStopped me from picking crisps etc.

I have the same problem, as much as I appreciated him cooking he will insist on using olive oil [a spoonful he says] vitalite in the mash [spoonful again] cornflour to thicken stuff then forgets to tell me
Good job I don't have too many syns on other days. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I would never do that lol, but how many squirts are free?
I had bacon, egg and mushrooms for bf using about 5 sprays. Is that too much? I've got a new frying pan so perhaps don't need so much but I always worry it's all going to 'stick'.
Also after my huge blowout Friday night (probably about 80 syns ) am I right to keep to minimal syns for a few days to make up for it?
Many thanks xxSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0
