yeah but im having like 4 to 6 bananas and 3 4 ML lol

i have like Ml and 2 bananas for breaky then as snacks and puddings xx

Whilst technically there is no limit to free foods, having lots of the same food each day will slow down your weight loss. It's variation that's needed to keep the weight coming off, so include other fruits as much as possible (look for the ones marked SS in the book) and cut down on the Mullerlights a bit.

  • Hi

Please may I join you. I started the Body Optimise a week ago and had my first weigh in today and I have gained 1lb. I have religiously stuck to the plan (or so I thought) and I have enjoyed it. I am due my AF tomorrow, could this be a reason for the gain? Think maybe I am clutching at straws! I don't have a lot to lose, I am just out of the healthy BMI. I would like to lose a stone to be comfortably back in the healthy range. Heeeeeellllllppppppppp!

Yes, don't panic. Your AF can cause you to retain up to 4lbs of extra fluid. It will go away within the week so stick to the plan :)

Dinner saved! Decided not to go out and steered OH away from the tesco's chinese dishes - all I saw before my eyes was sauce, syns and weight gain so although I could have easily eaten it we settled for a roast duck (OH just carving now ;) ), meditteranean veg & SW roasties :D Gonna have a glass of wine as my syns today as I also refused a flapjack at the zoo :D

You could join at a SW group - get the books & the first talk then don't go back (under £10 I think if there's a promo on if not then £15 at worst).

Sorry consultant - I know it's not good but I know what it's like not to be able to afford things! :o

Had my wine tonight, and have been good apart from that.

Mad at myself for not sticking to diet last couple of weeks...I could have lost well over a stone by now.

Back on track for Monday...just to get some more veg and some fruit in 2 moro.

    Wish me luck.
