Right, I'm posting this in advance today as myself & the OH are away for the weekend celebrating our 2nd year anniversary. We're heading to Ironbridge, and I've booked a table at a steakhouse tonight. So this is the plan, fingers crossed I can stick to it!
B: 2 Weetabix, banana & milk
L: Jacket potato with either tuna or beans, muller light banana & custard.
T: Judging by the menu I think I'm going for trio of grilled fish, which is salmon, monkfish & trout grilled in lemon & white wine. Never tried any of them before so fingers crossed I like them! I figure if I have that with new potatoes hopefully I should be staying on track. Dessert will test the willpower though!
Snacks: Banana, pear.
Activity: 30 minutes on the Wii fit this morning if I have time, lots of romantic walks around Ironbridge later plus *other* activities.Mortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £00 -

L - as BF
LL - mushy peas
S - chinese sliced pork with mushrooms and special fried rice followed by a WHOLE medium sized cadburys mini eggs easter egg  which I didn't even enjoy!!
Silly me. Haven't even tried to syn it.
Back on plan today though
B - oatso simple made with water
L - prob mushy peas
S - lean minced beef with mushrooms, passata, onions, pasta and salad.
snacks will be lots of fruit and free yogurts. Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Dinner out tonight as OH was away for my birthday - will try and go for an 'English', so steak, jacket pot & salad (& try not to think how many syns in the deep fried jp  )0 -

It's probably that you're not having enough variation. Try other snacks like fruit with mini meringues & a muller on top (so you're not just having the muller then another then another). Try melon or a fruit salad for brekkie - or magic porridge or marions rice (or a cooked brekkie - egg & baked beans for example).0 -
Doh, I forgot to get the sw site password on wednesday in the excitement to hitting that lamppost and now it won't accept the one I had. Can I ring my consultant to get it?Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0
