I am the same so I use the weightwatchers brown danish because you can have 3 slices as a healthy extra so I have 1 1/2 sandwiches it looks more:p what I do now is have 1 slice of toast mbled egg and bacon on it and then lunch time I have a really full sandwich with cheese(HE) ham cucumber beetroot (mmmmmmmm) tomato It ends up nearly 2 inches thick and to be truthful i wonder why i bother with the bread then. It isalso great for getting the superfree foods in:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -

Hey can I join too?
I started SW last sunday. My step mum and step sister are going to the classes and I have had a v good look through all their books and have read this thread from start to finish.
I don't have very much weight to lose but really like the idea of SW, and the way you can syn things and be in control of what you eat but never be hungry.
My weigh in with myself is on a Monday morning.
I have looked at all the lovely recipes on here and have made a few... I made a syn free quiche and my goodness it was lovely, and I made a syn free curry!
It has really changed the way I look at food, and writing a food diary definitely helps, I like the EE days the best so I will be mostly having those.
so for today:
b muller light and fruit - yum yum
L: hovis seeded bread (2 slices), grilled bacon with tom ketchup and v low fat spread (not sure how many syns are in the bread, but using up one of my Hex's and then adding the syns on top, if anyone can tell me that would be very much appreciated) (1syn tom ketchup and half for spread)
d possibly syn free soup or stir fry not sure yet.
snacks fruit muller light
using my othe H-extra as skimmed milk in my tea
Speak soon my lovelies, I can't believe how much some of you have lost already!! Well done.

Have just been to have my chunky 19 week old son weighed and he's come in at an impressive 19lb!!!
Have just realised thats exactly the same amount of weight that I've lost since starting SW in January!!!!!!!
He's so heavy - how on earth did I carry that round all the time?? Definitely an incentive to keep going!! In my head I've got to keep reminding myself that I've got a couple more large babies stuck to me.....:o0
