How about the salmon pate and melba toats
I will search the exact recipe for you but basically it is quark, salmon (i used smoked salmon for a stronger flavour - am not posh I use the sainsbury's basics trimmings) either horse radish sauce (1/2) or I like a dash of sweet chilli (1/2) you could have it with 2 melba toast (1):happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -

Hello, quick question...I usually go to SW on a Tues eve but next week I have a meeting after work and can't make it, I really need to get weighed though because I am trying to maintain the momentum! (1st & 2lb lost in 7 weeks!!) am I allowed to just pop in to another group on another eve? It will be with a different leader but I guess if I take my book & card (AND MONEY!) then it should be ok? I left a message on my leader's phone yesterday and she's not called me back so I thought I would ask you guys. x0

Mrs Hedgehog, how about a SW hummous with carrot/celery sticks to dip in? I make it with a tin of drained chickpeas (keep the liquid in case needed later), some big dollops of plain fat free yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to SYN, or more if you want a bigger SYN and more flavour, sprinkling of chilli powder or flakes, black pepper, squeeze of lemon juice. Blend all together, adding a tad of the chickpea liquid if it is too dry. Put it into a bowl, swirl a fork across the top and sprinkle with a little paprika or chilli powder and a sprig of parsley, tres posh.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
