Been to WI and I've lost another pound - making a grand total of 2lb in 2 weeks :rotfl: I didn't stay for the meeting because I'm not well and the place where it's held is absolutely freezing so didn't fancy sitting there like an ice block for an hour! My consultant has taken my food diaries to look at and said she'd ring me if she finds anything I'm not doing quite right, so that's helpful. I bashed my car against a lampost when I was parking and nearly turned round and came home - i knew it wasn't a good sign :p

Awww thanks Wendy, consider me a member :D As long as it keeps going in the right direction I'm not complaining x Someone at my group had lost 9lb this week!! 9lb in a week! The only time I've ever done that was when I gave birth to my children :rotfl:

We had someone who also lost 9lb this week and it wasn't her first week, or even her 2nd. I don't know how she did it.

I lost 2lb, so quite pleased, wished it was more as it is only my 2nd week and I have been sticking to it rigidly, but I just think I have done it too many times already and my body thinks, oh no not again. It doesn't help that people think the bigger you are the more you will lose per week -

I lost 1lb last night, pretty chuffed as Id had a bit of a partying weekend. Ive been out walking with the kids and playing Just Dance on the Wii. Really trying to up my exercise even by a little at the moment and work up to an aerobics class. Both my kids are dying to go swimming. I havnt taking dd for around a year and ds (2) has never been. I feel terrible but its hard to get into the cossie at the moment. I bit the bullet and went a couple of months ago but I felt so self concious.

If I can lose a few more pounds ill get back into that pool, I want the kids to love the water and be able to swim, if I dont take them it will be harder as they get older. Its given me something important to me to work towards.
