    hi

firstly, just wanted to do a yayyyy :j and thanks to the support on this thread (am more of a lurker than a poster)... but am just back from my 3rd weigh in and have lost 3.5 lb this week, so in total have lost 1 stone :j am so chuffed as I didn't think I'd make it to 1 stone this week...

secondly, does anyone have an idea of what is good on the TGI's menu for eating out as I'm off there tomorrow and don't want to undo my good work!! I can't find an eating out guide on the SW website :(

    thank you
    Mrs H
well done on your stone its a great loss

think of all those bags of sugar you would have to strap to your waist now to be back where you started :T:T:T

as for tgi's menu lol i havent eaten there for years but eat free and super free foods in the day and then enjoy whatever you have in the evening

I'm 24wks pregnant and still forcing myself to go to WI most weeks tho its very depressing as I've put on over a stone already :o but I refuse to change my sig :p (hoping its mainly water retention and baby LOL)

Am busy finalising my meal plan for the week in the hope it might make a difference on the scales next week. But I'm finding it really hard to stick to plan cos I just don't fancy anything I've cooked myself - by the time its cooked I've gone off it! And then I end up picking at rubbish later cos I'm still hungry  <sigh>

    Hi all

Well I lost 2lb yesterday and feel re-inspired!
BUT I had been going in the wrong direction for a while and these 2lbs went on quick and have come off quick - I need to stick at it.
I was doing fine last night until I heard DD1 pouring some cereal in the kitchen....Oooh cereal! I thought and ended up having 2 bowls of Frosties - stupid!! Anyway hope that's got it out of my system and I can have a good week now.

Well done to everybody who has lost - Vixie that's a brilliant loss!
Robpw2 - all the best - hope things get sorted out.

((BIG HUGS)) Mummy dumpling. Can I just say well done to you for still going to class. It must be hard when everyone else is losing , but naturally your going to gain. A stone is normal, god I gained 3 1/2 with my second. Your doing well sticking as best you can to the plan, if you didnt you would pile on more weight. Just think how much more healthier you are eating this time round to say your first baby.Dont be too hard on yourself.
As for meal plans, can you not get someone else to cook the odd meal? maybe that will make you feel like eating. Then instead of planning your meals just go shoppping for loads of SW friendly stuff then decide on the day what your having. i basically plan what kind of meals I would like to have during the week and go shopping for all the ingredients, but I nearly always change my mind, but all the stuff is there to make something different and still SW friendly.

Hey all, I just wanted to say hi.

I have been to slimming world in the past and was still attending class while I was/am pregnant, I didnt really try though lol I just kind of went and got weighed every week and supported my mam (I didnt have to pay) and put weight on every week lol

Last time I got weighed was last week and so far I have gained 4 stone in pregnancy, I am not too fussed because I am all bump mainly, I havent gained much weight elsewhere, I did have some weight to lose prior to pregnancy as well.

I plan on going back to slimming world (but joining a different class as Ive moved to a different area) as soon as I can once babybean is born (I am due 8th march)

SO I just wanted to say hello in advance :)
