i have some thorntons choclate raisins in the house they are 6 syns for the bag but will eating syns today not mean i put on wieght tommrorow cause i quite fancy them lol
oooo is that all they are I might get some because i find them a bit too sweet so only a bag would sort my cravings for the whole weekend and i would enjoy them more than a glass of wine:D:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -

Well it was my first weigh on Monday, and I lost 3lb
Thought I'd start posting a food diary on here, and that way if I'm making any major mistakes hopefully someone will point them out to me!
B: Oats so Simple Golden Syrup Flavour - 6 1/2 syns
L: Batchelors wholegrain pasta 'n' sauce Mediterranean Tomato & Vegetable - 1 syn
T: Jacket potato & beans
Snacks: Banana, Muller Light Yoghurt Banana & Custard
What with porridge, tea & the milk used in the sauce I went over my milk allowance by about 90ml which I worked out as around 1 1/2 syns. I also used 2 rounded spoons of half spoon sugar in my tea which I'm recording as 4 syns.
Total syns: 13
Activity: Very little today, I did about 10 minutes on the Wii fit but I already ache from head to toe from al the exercise I've been doing previously!Mortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £00 -

firstly, just wanted to do a yayyyy :j and thanks to the support on this thread (am more of a lurker than a poster)... but am just back from my 3rd weigh in and have lost 3.5 lb this week, so in total have lost 1 stone :j am so chuffed as I didn't think I'd make it to 1 stone this week...
secondly, does anyone have an idea of what is good on the TGI's menu for eating out as I'm off there tomorrow and don't want to undo my good work!! I can't find an eating out guide on the SW website
