    ooh, i finally weighed myself in Boots today. I've been doing SW for 4 weeks now and i have lost a grand total of..... drum roll...... 13lbs!!! Wow. That is the most i have ever lost in such a short time!!! Am well chuffed! :D 7 stone 1lb to go!!!!

    thanls for your support guys even the one about eating more syns trouble is i cant lol - i dunno how to firstly - i hardly ever drink ... i hardly ever eat junk foid and the most synful thing i have had this week is bread

    im probably worrying about nothing but its just so tough here at the moment - i dont have anything left in my house i have sold everything to be able to live and i just about get by with my partners help but i never thought things would get this bad .. im soryr i dont mean to be depressing on here its normally such a happy thread but i just dont have anyone to talk to im moaning at my partner and blaming him because he hasnt got a full time job and so im making it out it is his fault we havent any money when in fact im frustrated because i cant even get a job due to my back and health - i could only do part-time any way becase of uni which i love and seem to be doing well in... i just cant seem to be able to compe with anything at the moment

    Aw Rob *****hug***** Things do seem like they can't get any worse at times. Its understandable you'd be frustrated and low when times are tough, My OH has had to sell his things to pay his bills too and it is hard (esp in this recession) but you can pull yourself through it :) If you need to let off steam feel free to PM me ok :D xxx

    I know how tough things are and pls keep in mind they can only get better. I've been out of work longer than I ever thought I would be and I constantly feel guilty that my OH works so hard to keep us afloat. He has to work 300miles away so I can't even do my bit to look after him to repay him. It upsets me soo much but you have to focus on the future & this time now will make you a stronger person in the long run.
