Mrs Hedgehog could you not use something like ryvitas crushed mixed with a bit of ground ginger/cinnamon and powdered sweetener? When mixed with the low fat melted spread it should all blend and bind together...
and re the curry recipe I did that's been reposted by gem...I added a bit of water as I was going just so it wasn't sticking to the bottom but the time i had it simmering it cooked off again and was nice and quite thick by the end. I just go by eye and add as I go along...0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -
Well have just gone back 24 hours (just back from a weekend away and know I daren't keep going back further) and although I know we have probably done it to death, Marion that consultant sounds horrible. Either you can or you can't eat any free food you want on SW. It's what the whole blooming programme is based on for heavens sakes. If she starts that carp again I'd just ask her if she has her own personal SW plan and the main programme is just a con. Don't take it lying down!! She must be stopped!!
Anyway rant over, back from weekend away and I think (whisper it) I might even lose weight this week. I did drink a bit more than I should but not eating sweet things helps (day 6 of lent just done yay!). I was at a meeting today and did not let either a yummy looking pastry or an even yummier looking profiterole pass my lips. And I was hungry too. I treated myself to some grapes and oranges on the way there and ate them instead. And they did provide an amazing fruit platter as well which helped.
Anyway fingers crossed for even a little loss on Wednesday!0 -
