I'm going to change my eating pattern.
I generally save mt a choice & 2 b choices to snack on. But I'm going to try & incorporate them into my meals. Well I ocasionally incorporate my cheese (I don't like milk) into a meal. But usually my 2 b choices are 2 alpen lights & either 2 of those sweet ryvitas or 71g dried apricots.
But I think I need to overhall my eating & get this last 6lbs off!
I hope to get front row tickets skint catt! I'm not taking the kids to school on fri so I can be ready to order at 9am!!!!0 -

Hi all, well managed to lose 1lb this week - no idea how as I've been so half-hearted! Imagine what I would have lost without the wine & pizza! :rotfl:
Anyway although it's my birthday I'm really going to get back into it from today. Will print out a food diary now and note EVERYTHING down! I know SW works - just need to get my willpower in place.
Does anyone know what the very lowest syn spread is? I don't use it often but just want to cut where possible!0 -

Lol, thanks Marion - I've never really 'done' birthdays. It's tomorrow so my fiance is in Lossiemouth & my Mum is working so won't be doing much! Thanks for the SW friendly cakes0

Sorry to butt in but there was a woman at my class who didnt used to have many syns and she didnt lose a lot of weight each week, and once she forced herself to indulge a little and have 10 syns a day she started losing more weight each week
