Congratulations all the losers, I've got WI tomorrow morning, think I'll probs STS or gain, bleurgh. But from tomorrow I'm going to fill in a food diary, I have no interruptions to the plan this coming week, I think it'll make me want to stay on track. Then the following week (when I'd usually go to London to see the OH, he's coming up here, so I'll be much more likely to not go completely off the rails then) I'm annoyed that I lost 9lbs in the first 3 weeks (before christmas) and yet still haven't be able to get that full 7lbs off I put on over christmas...and it's late february! I think that half pound on a couple of weeks ago when I thought I would have lost a couple made me lose my slimming world mojo a bit! Onwards and upwards...

    Hi everyone

I've just come back from weigh in & lost 1lb. I'm pleased because I have been writing a food diary(even though i went over my syns :o)& it really does make a difference to my losses.

But i am more pleased for my mum as she has been following the plan 100% but sts for 2 weeks however this week she has lost 2.5lb.

I am so pleased for her as she was going to give up if she had not lost. The annoying thing has been that me & my dad have been eating the same but while she sts i lost 4lbs & my dad lost 6lb.

So I am looking forward to a good week this week.#
Good luck for your weigh ins this week.

  • i have discovered scan bran!! a friend got me a couple of packs from class, they are very filling, i had 2 with cheese triangles n for breakfast yesterday and was full, today i have put all 5 for my he broken up with mixed berries and yogurt on top, very nice! i ate half for breakfast and will eat the other half for pud tonight.
also i put some of the fat free activia yogurts in the freezer and they were lovely and creamy, a bit like sorbet when they came out, no ice crystals or anything.
