Have just been to have my chunky 19 week old son weighed and he's come in at an impressive 19lb!!!
Have just realised thats exactly the same amount of weight that I've lost since starting SW in January!!!!!!!

He's so heavy - how on earth did I carry that round all the time?? Definitely an incentive to keep going!! In my head I've got to keep reminding myself that I've got a couple more large babies stuck to me.....:o

When I did SW just after my DS was born my goal was always to lose his wieght . Scarey isn't it when you can SEE what you lose
    Well done:T:T

On the subject of garlicy food...just had a meatfree 'chicken' kiev from tesco for tea (4syns) which i didnt think was bad, made a nice change. Had it with SW chips, extra light mayo, a little bag of frozen mixed veg and oven roasted tomatoes.

Also picked up a veg curry (be good to yourself) ready meal from sainsburys...with rice, only 1 syn. Haven't tried it yet, but really good for a fast curry fix I think. Especially if you live in a house where ppl get a takeaway one night and you don't want to stand over a pot, just pop it in the microwave and feel like you've had a take away too!

Have had a good day, writing my food down again, have a choc orange hifi bar and a handful of grapes left to have tonight...
