anyone know the syn value of vitalite dairy free spread as can't find it in my stupid purple book. Werthers chocolate caramels too please.

could you nto move with oh to new place sounds idyllic being 3500 miles away from this awful country

wow vitalite is a lot less than i thought, id gone for about 6 syns a tsp lol bet the chocolate wethers are more though so have gone with 2.5.

June. I know they would have cleaned up by then but it depends if our hotel has been affected.
No, moving to Edinburgh is much more appealing than Afghanistan even though I don't want to go to Scotland either (sorry nic & everyone Scottish!)

After only losing 1/2 lb last week I have lost 4lb this week :j and its my TOTM so wasnt thinking I would lose that much

Thanks consultant for the soup recipe - need to look at some more soup recipes as getting bit bored with mine at mo.

I had wanted to lose a stone before I went wedding dress shopping week of 8th March but I have got there sooner than that which is lucky as have had to bring an appt forward to this week coming.

Well done to all the losers and stsers this week :beer:
