hey guys.
i havent been on in a couple days, caught up on last couple pages though.
I think i need to come back and start doing a food diary again, as when I sat down last night and thought about what I had ate, i was over my syns (by about 3)... so i think if i keep on stopping by here, it keeps my mind focused.
im gonna be real disappointed if i dont have this 2lb off on wed night. I realllyyyy want my stone award.Carla-Farla!!

Oh !!!!!! - smashed my oven door glass this morning. It never rains but it pours. Though on the plus side we have decided to stick it out & assist Madeira with their tourist income in June.
It's my birthday on Wednesday & went out last night to Prezzo with fiance & parents. Was determined to be good but after the few days I've had I went for the pizza & a glass of wine. At least no birthday cake for me as everyone's working so I'll be off photographing gravestones.....0 -
