Are you absolutely sure that you're following the plan 100% because, there are very, very few medicines which affect weight loss?
Do you check that what you think is a healthy extra actually is?
Do you weigh/measure your healthy extras?
My healthy extras are generally 4x ryvita with minimal dairylea light and sometimes 42g cathedral city lighter, which I do weigh. I can't eat wheat and I don't like milk so there isn't much variety there!
If you're following the Extra Easy plan are you having just one of each HE?
Yes, definately, sometimes none atall because I forget about them.
Again for EE, are you having the third of a plate of superfree foods?
I generally have green days, but on the odd occasion I've done EE I may've had less superfree than I should. Will keep a check on that!
Are you weighing/measuring any syns and are you counting them properly?
Most days I'm having less than 5 a day. I eat sugarfree polos throughout the day which are 4 per pack. Occasionally I'll have a wheat free cookie which is 5 syns. Yesterday I had my first pack of crisps in 3 weeks - 5.5 syns.
Are you eating enough and drinking enough water?
Maybe not - I tend not to eat too much during the day (although I am making myself have either ryvita or fruit and yogurt for bf) then perhaps ryvita and a banana for lunch. It's difficult to do much else with my work arrangements.
Are you having a big variety of different foods?
Not really but I will try harder from now on and hope it makes a difference
Please don't be offended at the questions, it can be hard to see no loss on the scales, but more often than not, it's just some simple thing that you're doing wrong. In any case, as I said, your heart will definitely benefit from a healthier diet.
Thanks consultant, I hadn't even considered that I'm doing my heart a favour. That makes me feel a lot better xSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Flahavans Porridge (instant in a pot, just add water)
44g (so can't count as Heb)
per 100g, 358 kcal, fat 5.9g (0.9 sats), fibre 8.0g.
I am training for the Brighton Marathon and usually I have 28g normal porridge as a Heb, but on the day I wont have access to a microwave/cooker, so am tring out other options.
Thanks in advance
If you are running a marathon I really wouldn't worry about the porridge being a bit too much I think you will def run it off that day:D
Well done and good luck:T:T:T:T:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -

If I did that would I still have to syn it tomorrow? This is what confuses me.
Shepherds pie curtesy of hubby

onions & diced carrot fried in Olive Oil  [1 tsp 2.5syns]
oxo, garlic, basil, tarragon, chives.
1 tsp corn flour [probably a heaped one knowing hubby 2 syns?]
mashed spuds, dessert spoon vitalite [is it 2 tsp to a dsp? if so 3syns], milk [not measured big splash hubby said] .5 syn]
Ok officially brain dead today & can't workout the syns, split 3 ways today and a couple portions left for tomorrow. HELP!!!
Have decided to syn each portion I have so can't go wrong. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I can't find that brand on line either but I would think that porridge is porridge - the syns should be the same - unless there is anything added to it?When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
