What thats alot of syns for some dried fruit! i've had 14 syns then already as I've eaten half a pack (about 50 grams)
I'm really not a fan of baked beans, I can just about handle them with a full english but otherwise, they're not for me. I've just bought a WW lasagne, which is 6syns on green and EE, for when i'm running low on time.
Just off for my jacket potato for tea!
This is my menu for the day - EE
B/L - 2 slices of wholemeal toast & scrambled egg & beans & bacon
Snack - 1/2 bag of banana chips (14)
D - Jacket potato & lettuce, celery, peppers + cucumber & ham & light butter (1)

i have been to m&s this afternoon and got 2 x count on us dishes (reduced to £1.00 each) and i cannot find them listed in either the book or on line - can some-one please help??
casserole of british chicken with chunky vegetables topped with crispy potatoes 400 grm pack & 360 cals
2 x chargrilled chicken breasts in a mushroom & red wine sauce pk size is 400 grms & serves two @ 150 cals each.
i was going to have one for tea tonight, but cannot find them, so will have one saturday for tea (if not too many syns)slimming world start: 17.1.10 @ 200 lb's

hey all im making a fish pie tonight using white fish as i cant eat a lot of fish it makes me really really ill but anyway
i have a parsley sauce which is 3 syns but it doesnet say if that is using milk as hea or not
or should i make my own sauce ? i have garlic natural fromage frais etc and i have quark but was gonna mix that int potatoe on top
any suggestions

Hi all - yesterday went OK - just slightly over at 17.5 syns (is there a way of writing half on a keyboard?)
Marions rice with fatty Tesco yogurt (3.5 syns!)
Pasta and HM tom sauce(1) and dsp parmesan (1).
Prawn curry (with cream in it so 6.5 syns), rice and peas. fruit.
Toast and marg (2)
2 Hobnobs (7)
Today I've had 14.5 syns including what I'm going to eat for tea so will have to be strict with myself when the evening munchies come along.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Ooh thats good! I feel less guilty about having some on my spaghetti!
I know the sachet seems a waste of syns but i personally think it makes the best chilli con carne!!! Mine just never tastes right. We make it go 4 ways which is 2 syns per servingwhich isn't so bad
