  • Ihad a good day today -

I had run out of milk powder at work (I use Marvel there as we don't have a fridge) so only had 1 cup of tea but substituted it with herbal tea. I'm actually 1/2 a HEa behind -

    Food worked out like this:

B: a box of mixed fruit from Sainsburys and a ML yog
L: ham and 1/2 fat cheese (1/2 HEa) sandwich on Nimble (HEb) with sandwich spread (1 syn)
S: tin of ravioli - not sure of the syns in that - it was the Heinz one
D: SW chips, toms and "fried eggs"
Treats: 2 x vod and diet coke

Exercise: 45 mins spin and then 20 mins on cross trainer...

leggera is our lighter pizza. We've removed the centre of the dough and put a fresh salad back in its place. These are each designed to be about 500 calories** and are low in saturated fat

Sorry not been on in ages.

2 weeks ago i had a stay the same week (another one!) and then this week I gained 1.5lbs so bad week but I was travelling on trains for a lot of the week so had far too much bread and not enough exercise at all. Determined to lose 2lb this week.

Not so light at 25 syns!

Not had a great day today - stayed at Mum's last night due to snow & had poached egg on toast for brekkie (Kingsmill 50/50 bread with spread :( ) now off to lunch with the girls but I know the place we're going doesn't do jacket pots so more bread in a sandwich with some non-sw kind filling & chips :o
Was planning to use syns for dinner tonight in a receipe I found for 'cheats Jambalaya' - 5syns on Chorizio which I love.
Going out for birthday dinner tomorrow night but will have to be good (going for Italian) after today :(

I always plan to be good - honest!

hi everyone, sorry to be a bit of an idiot, but what's this pasta quiche? it sounds lovely.

had a pretty good week apart from monday - felt sliiiightly hungover from sunday and bought a sausage roll for brekkie, lunch was a sausage casserole baked potato and had pizza for dins. trying to undo all the damage! was hoping tonight would be okay too but OH had a phonecall from his friend who had a party last night - lots of homemade indian food leftover so she's dropping it round to him later. an indian feast - not sure i'll be able to resist. :(

Skint - Jambalaya sounds wonderful - hope it's tasty!! x
