Hmm I think I might make this mushy pea curry tonight and put it in the fridge, I always think curry's taste better after a day. Found the recipe on minimins...Gorgeous Curry Sauce
We had a tasting at class last night & our consultant brought in a curry which was so nice & totally syn free on green or EE:
1 Tin Mushy Peas
1 Tin Chopped tomatoes
1 Fried Onion (in frylight)
Medium Curry Powder (as much as you want to taste
She put quorn pieces in one & quorn sausages in the other, it was divine, she said all you do is chuck it all in a pan & cook it up
Someone was also mentioning putting garlic and mushrooms in theirs.
My day today looks like this:
Breakfast: Apricot wheats (heB) with some milk (heA) blueberries, pear and a herbal tea.
Lunch: homemade spiced parsnip and carrot soup with fat free fromage frais. and cheese allowance (heA) Apple.
Snack: Maltesers funsize (5)
Dinner: Quorn sausages, SW chips, Cooked tomatoes, mushrooms, possibly beans/an egg. Mayonnaise with syns...don't know how much I'll be having yet.
Other snacks: Activia fat free yog, fruit. hifi bar (heB)0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -

Like I said before mum is a vegan, has a low thyroid and is normally a very, very slow loser - well she lost 5.5 pounds last night and actually did the happy dance by the scales! LOL!! (She wears her heart on her sleeve!!) My sis lost 1.5 which is amazing because we had 3 birthday parties this week and I saw what she ate and drank at those LOL! She's very encouraged too and in full swing now!
wow that is great, just proves it all works! that's such an incentive to carry on...
p.s. your signature sounds like mine, same weight (mine is in lb's though) etc i've lost 4 lbs in 4 weeks, good luck xslimming world start: 17.1.10 @ 200 lb's

Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
I use this one:
2 tins of chopped tomatoes (with garlic) or passata
1 tin mushy peas (2 if you want it to be really thick)
1 large onion
2 peppers
mushrooms
hot or medium curry powder (as much or as little as you want)
fry off the veg in a large frying pan in fry light.
add tomatoes / passata
keep stirring
when all cooked add mushy peas and cook for another 5 mins
stir in curry powder to taste.
add salt and pepper
You can add cooked meat or quorn or anything else you fancy. It makes a nice big pot full, I sometimes takes it to tastings at class and it always goes down well:j

It might be because you have the caps lock on - I think the password has to be lower case. Or do you have the right password - obviously can't say what it is but I think there was confusion about if it was the plural of it as in *****s whereas it should just be the singular.
