Just realised I've had two days this week when I didn't have my a's and b's so will have to try harder from now on!

Morrisons Eat Smart Pork Sausages (chilled NOT frozen) are free on SW. No other free sausages are available in the shops (except Quorn sausages)

Do these contain wheat please? I expect they do but I live in hope of finding wheat-free sausages that are also free!

Just got back from WI - lost another 2 so that's 8lb altogether - got my first sticker!

This is the third time I've done SW - it does seem easier now, perhaps after all these years I've got the hang of it! Although the recipes on this thread are very helpful - thank you to everyone for their ideas!

Will take a look in the freezer when I get home later hun (don't have a pack in the fridge but have stocked up ;) ). I think if they had breadcrumbs in they would be synned (as most sausages are) so I'll keep my fingers crossed!

No pancakes for me tonight - OH is away as usual and I can never be arsed to do them for myself. Another 1lb on for me this week - that's 3 weeks in a row - I really must get my head into gear - maybe I don't want to lose weight enough - iykwim? I do keep trying to focus on what I'll look like in my wedding dress but my willpower is very weak at the mo :(

What about stewed fruit? It's a HEb and always a favourite of mine in the winter - especially the apple & mincemeat - nice & quick in the microwave!
